• Developing an automatically updating AWS Database using a Node.js Lambda function
• Maintaining compliance by generating weekly reports for a government partner
• Enabling key go-to-market decisions with operational dashboards based on hundreds of thousands rows of data using both Microsoft Excel and Tableau
• Informing weekly shift scheduling with variable cost analyses based on performance and payroll data

The Port of New Orleans is undergoing a digital transformation. They were seeking recommendations for a better way to manage their documents. Our work involved:

• Interviewing key stakeholders (approx. 24 people) and assessing the Port’s document systems
• Developing as-is documentation
• Providing recommendations for a new integrated and standardized system based on our findings

Microbiome Therapeutics, the makers of BiomeBliss, were facing a common challenge among sellers on Amazon. They wanted control of their seller data and the ability to integrate information across different product categories. Amazon does not make this easy. We helped by:

• Coding a Python program to scrape Amazon Seller Central
• Cleaning the scraped data and combining it into an easily manipulable Excel workbook
• Determining key business metrics (e.g. product upgrades and repeat customers)
• Writing documentation to enable non-technical users to use the program
