Joel graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Computer Science. Following graduation, he became a Venture for America Fellow in New Orleans.

He has worked at startups of varying sizes and thrives at the intersection of business and technology. Joel’s experience ranges from coding features to conducting market research to data manipulation, and everything in between.

Originally from Massachusetts, he moved to New Orleans for college and stayed for the live music, theatre, and oak trees.
